Security and automation have been thoughtfully integrated with four external CCTV cameras and a video door phone system from Panasonic. High-speed internet routers are pre-installed on every floor in Villa 1 and Villa 3.

The electrical system includes Norisys (UK) switches, with superior cabling supplied by RR Kabel and Polycab. For water and drainage, the villas feature a combination of Astral and ACO (Austria) systems, including manholes and underground pipes. Rainwater is managed through a concealed drainage system by Filcoten (Austria)

Fresh water is pumped using two Grundfos submersible pumps installed in each villa. Parking is made convenient and secure with automated sliding entry gates. Additionally, each villa features an imported aluminum parcel box that allows secure internal access from within the premises.
